Hello Family, below are all of the Holy Days and Sabbaths for 2014 with their respective precepts.
Each Holy Day start at sundown of the dates given and those that have highlighted Sabbaths are also mentioned. For example: the Feast of Unleavened Bread lasts for seven days, the first and last days are Sabbaths not the entire seven days.
Even thought the precepts where you can find these Holy Days in the bible are mentioned below, please refer to the GOCC website for an intensive breakdown of why and how to celebrate the Holy Days. They also give precepts on how Christ has or will fulfill these Holy Days.
Purim Feast (Ester 9:21)
New Year and New Moon (Spring)
Passover (Lev 23:5)
Feast of Unleavened Bread (Lev 23:9-14)
March 29th -4th
(Day 1 March 29th and Day 7 April 4th are Sabbaths)
First Fruits (Lev 23:15)
New Moon (Summer)
New Moon (Fall)
Memorial of Blowing of Trumpets (Lev 23:23-25)
Day of Atonement (Lev 23:26-32)
Feast of Tabernacles (Lev 23:33-44)
September 27 – October 3rd
(1st Day Sept. 27 and 7th Day Oct. 3 are Sabbaths)
Feast of Dedication/ Feast of Lights (John 10:22 & 1 Macc 4th Chapter)
(1st Day Dec. 6 and 7th Day Dec. 13 are Sabbaths)
New Moon (Winter)
